Processing Time All orders undergo a rigorous quality inspection and are dispatched within 24-48 hours during regular business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery

• Processing time: 1-2 business days

• United States: 2-8 business days

• International delivery: 10-20 business days depending on destination and customs processing

• Note: Final shipping availability and specific destination markets are subject to the operational coverage of our logistics partners.

Tracking Your Once your order is deployed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our facility to your crown.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders (including Mexico and New Zealand), please be advised that Heavy Crown is not responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
