Our Commitment At Heavy Crown, we stand behind the precision and quality of every unit we deploy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to ensure your experience is seamless.

30-Day Policy We offer a 30-day returns on unworn items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Hygiene To ensure the highest standards for all our customers, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original premium packaging.

  • Note: Due to the hygienic nature of headwear, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or hair product residue.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at zede437@gmail.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without a prior formal request will not be accepted.

Damages & Technical Issues Please inspect your gear upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong unit, contact us immediately at zede437@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right to ensure your crown stays protected.

Exclusions Certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Items that have been washed or modified.

Exchanges The most efficient way to get your new gear is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new selection.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
